While it is the largest corn producing state in the US there are many other interesting places and facts about Iowa. Iowa is the home of the worlds most crooked street, the only state bordered by two paralleling major rivers, the Mississippi on its eastern border and the Missouri on the west, and home to the world's largest truck stop.
For the Star Trek fans out there, Iowa is the future birth place of Captain Kirk. While Iowa is a landlocked state it is home to an island town named Sabula which can be found on a sandbar in the middle of the Mississippi river. Artist Charlie Girard gathered both well know and lesser-known facts about Iowa to create this 1000 piece collage style jigsaw puzzle. Finished size 24" x 30".
